Hull/Exterior
- Replace “broken off through hull discharge fitting – starboard side mid ship boot top – (1)
- remove, repair, re-bed/seal and fasten bow rail stanchions (2)
-repair aft starboard lifeline stanchion (5)
- replace rust stained and opened sections of life lines (4)
-tighten loose cockpit grabrail (6)
-re-attach propane locker hinges (19)
-Bottom paint boat
-Wet Sand and buff topside
-inspect and reattach anchor locker hatches if necessary (16M)
-repair/replace loose bungs on teak weather deck cap rail (18M)
-inspect port and starboard weather deck covering plates, lift out, dry and rebed/seal (19M)
-inspect coach roof section and reseal fastners to life cradle if necessary (21M)
-inspect and repair emergency tiller access point in aft cabin (25M)
Systems
-Replace flexible fluid carrying inlet house and clamp to the forward head toilet (7)
-Secure 12 volt DC electric bilge pump (8)
-Secure auxiliary engine raw water internal sea strainer, replace corroded hoses (10)
-replace aft port and starboard weather deck scupper carrying hoses (11)
- inspect and replace if necessary raw water exhaust hose, double clamp (13)
-cover and protect exposed bus bar (14)
-install “suction intake” to the puck up side of manual bilge pump (15)
-Replace LPG solenoid valve housing, regulator and piping; test system (16)
-test and replace as necessary batteries, label extensively for future clarification (17)
-Service and make operational the windlass (18)
-reconfigure bilge pumps to work properly directly off batteries with independent control (23)
-reconnect ground wire to fuel tank under salon (22)
-secure all loose fittings and filters in water system(13M)
-free up securing dog in forward head (22M)
-Double clamp all throughhull flexible hoses and attach chaffing gear if necessary (2R, 3R)
-Ensure all navigational lights are working, replace missing running light (8R)
Engine
-Pressure test fuel tank (12)
-Have Yanmar technician inspect engine
-Adjust and tighten stuffing box, repack if necessary (20)
-Lubricate engine controls , replace neutral control if necessary (21)
